The Rohema Hand Drum is the simplest type of hand drum - the frame drum. This consists of a circular frame covered on one side and the drumhead. Usually these drums are played with bare hands. The Rohema hand drum can also be played with a felt mallet, which we supply along with the drum. This offers countless wonderful possibilities in educational settings, as well as for playing with children of all ages.
The hand drum is made of regional beech wood and is covered with durable goatskin. It can be played with one or two hands as well as with a mallet. The different possible beating variations train the kids' physical skills and their auditory sound perception.
